We are based in Ireland, and our postage service is available exclusively within Ireland. Your items will be delivered with Express Postage within 1 to 2 business days to your home address. Please note, that holidays and weekends are not included in this timeframe.

Postage takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to reach its destination. Once your order is posted, you will receive an email notification. A tracking number will be sent to your email address 24 hours after postage is completed.
Out of Stock Items
Please note, that some items may be out of stock after your payment is authorized and verified, as stock changes frequently with market demand. If this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Return Information
You may return products within 10 business days from the date you receive them for an exchange or refund. The original packaging and tags must be intact and not damaged. Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund.
Please note, that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: swimsuits, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewellery, masks, beauty products, sale items, and accessories. We do not accept returned items sent back without prior confirmation from us.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 24 hours for PayPal refunds and 6 to 9 business days for credit card refunds to appear. The original postage fee and insurance are non-refundable.
